Just my 2 cents worth:

While I feel censorship on a forum can ultimately and inevitably lead to corruption, I see no reason why agitator needed to post that chat log here. It's already posted on the old forum for everyone to see.
He also made it clear in his post there that "I'm going to repost that convo in the new forums for lulz"

In this case, I'd say that was intentionally "creating drama".
However he did apologize, and I think a ban at this point is premature.

This is a new forum, and like children faced with a substitute teacher, it's tempting to test the limits of what you can get away with.

Agitator now knows what those limits are, and I doubt if he'll do it again.

Was agitator creating drama? Yes
Should he be banned? No

For that reason, I'm not voting in the poll.
