not bad. so what do you ping in the server?
try the following (it will not harm your computer)
press the "Win" button and "R" to bring up Run.exe
type into the window "cmd"
You'll see a 16 or 32 bit command screen appear. type the following
This will show you how many different places you must connect to before even entering the server.
after the trace is completed type this in
this will show you how much data is lost(if any) and received.
doing this will help you deduct certain information in order to know how strong your connection is to the server. These are basic commands that most of us know already. Alternatively, you can Right click inside the cmd box and click paste to paste in the console command and ip address without actually having to type it.
You can also use a security scanner to see a more in depth detail of what and who you're connecting to.

that's not throttling thats low priority ICMP
1st hop is ur router hence the sub 1ms
2nd is ur default gateway, showing 3 round trips of 26,13, and 27 ms (none are particularly bad but meh)
3rd is some core router and its showing 3 round trips of 7,9 and 9
ping normally continues to be higher at each hop past ur default gateway, the 9ms pings at the 3rd hop show a router with normal ICMP priority which wouldn't be possible unless the router before it was passing that same data at 9ms
i.e. all comcast is doing is setting lower priority on that default gateway for ICMP (pings) than it does for real traffic which makes sense and is common, some hops don't respond at all to ICMP

I would like to recommend these two programs to anyone who has a bad ping and windows, that have reduced my ping by a factor of 40-60, which means that my internet has been improved and made more stable for Tribes and also downloads or loading of Pages in the browser is faster.
1) SG TCP Optimizer is free (important, always save before tweaking)
https://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php
2)
https://www.martin-majowski.de
is also for free and you have very good software
Then for advanced users, there are good Windows tweakers that help really well and have many options.
1)
https://www.thewindowsclub.com/ultimate ... ws-7-vista
Ultimate Windows Tweaker 2.2 is a 345KB .exe file which does not require an install, but yet packs over 150 tweaks & settings. Simply download the zip file, extract its contents, and run it.
2)
https://seriousbit.com/enhanso
+are is also for win10 bad is, not all feautures are in free version, but k no one need all the stuff ^_^
Windows 10 is fast and it is quite satisfying in the role of replacing Windows 7 or 8, but you can make it much faster and responsible with Enhanso.
Enhanso includes any tweaks and tools you need to keep your Windows 10, 8 or 7 in mint condition:
also helps a lot to reaad this

all tweaks you made to you own risk, i only recommend that all to know but not to change if you not know what you do!
if any questions about tune the system, ask me or PM
