arena bug

Sometimes after playing in arena , frm the next game , player damage will be disabled for the players whu played arena for a long time in the last game and the only way to remove that is by dropping and reconecting to the server . It used to happen rarely before but now , it is happening most of the time. Can anyone fix it ASAP ?
