Can't get into the server

Stuck in loading screen.. Can someone restart the server maybe?

Backup server reset, but the main server is stuck on "Get ready to rock n' roll" load screen. This will need a power restart on the server which I don't have.

KK, thanks E, can confirm able to connect now!
EDIT: We also need a hard reset on the backup server, some bugs still happening with certain armors.
