For future reference the server maps download is only the .mis and .dsc files for new maps so it's assuming you don't already have incorrect .vol, .dis or .ted files. to fix that you would want to download a config from playt1.com or try this 1.41 config http://www.br.thelandofoz.net/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=9127 from there you could build it into your own config if you wanted.
