Basically, if you put on your computer and the basic bios loading screen doesn't show, then the motherboard is dead.
Your computer powers up, then the power supply unit isn't the problem.
If it doesn't progress after the bios loading screen, then its either your OS or Hard disc
Or in worst cases ur CPU (but that rarely happens)

Thanks guys, but I already fixed it.

The tower would turn on, it had power, but it wouldn't load anything. Just beeped. Nothing came up on the monitor either.

I took it apart, cleaned everything and it worked fine then. No idea what caused it.

FYI, there wasn't much dust at all. Even after cleaning it, it wouldn't run right. So I unplugged everything inside, then it ran like nothing ever happened.

sounds like a lose connection to one of your cables, or cards to me.
